Group Information

Ages: 4-14

Prerequisites: Must be able to swim one length (25 yards) of the pool demonstrating freestyle or backstroke staying horizontal from the head to the feet.

This is our first level of swim team and is for beginning swimmers just out of swim lessons. Beginners will learn about competitive swimming strokes and will work towards being introduced to competition. Swimmers will have two scheduled practice sessions per week. Progression to the next level would be one of three levels which are geared towards their same age group (Silver, Junior A, or Junior B)

Annual USA-Fee: $55

Fundraising

Fundraising is not required for Stroke School but they may participate in fundraising activity held every quarter of the team year. Fundraising activities are used to meet the team's budgetary needs to support team operations.
